# OnyxIQ account and billing FAQ

    No. Credits never expire — whether you earned them through a subscription plan or a one-time top-up purchase.

  <Accordion title="Can I use credits across all products?">
    Yes. OnyxIQ uses a single unified credit balance that works across every product on the platform. You do not need separate credits for different tools.

  <Accordion title="What happens when credits run out?">
    Actions pause gracefully when your balance reaches zero. You will never receive surprise charges. Top up your balance or upgrade your plan to resume.

  <Accordion title="Can I get a refund?">
    Yes. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Email [atul@onyxiq.in](mailto:atul@onyxiq.in) with your account email and order reference to request a refund.

    Yes. Every new account receives 100 free credits when you sign up — no credit card required.

  <Accordion title="Can I switch plans?">
    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Any unused credits from your current plan roll over when you switch.

    Use the forgot password flow at [onyxiq.in/login](https://onyxiq.in/login). Enter your email address and you will receive a reset link.

    OnyxIQ is available globally. Regional pricing in INR is applied automatically for users in India — no manual selection needed.

    OnyxIQ uses Lemon Squeezy for checkout, which accepts credit and debit cards. If you are in India, you may see additional local payment options at checkout.
