# Work directly with an engineer — OnyxIQ consulting

> OnyxIQ consulting gives you direct access to the engineer behind the platform. No agency markup, no account managers — focused async engineering work.

OnyxIQ consulting is a direct engagement with Atul Singh — the engineer behind the OnyxIQ platform. When you work with OnyxIQ, you are working with the person writing the code, not a managed team or a reseller. That means faster feedback loops, clearer communication, and no agency overhead passed on to you.

Engagements are available as fixed-scope projects, ongoing retainers, or as an embedded engineer on your team. Atul is currently available for new projects and works async-first, with timezone overlap for US EST and PST mornings (IST, UTC+5:30).

## Engagement types

| Type         | What it means                                                                             |
