OnyxIQ uses a credits-based billing model. Every action you take across any OnyxIQ product draws from a single unified credit balance. You can keep that balance topped up with a monthly subscription plan, a one-time purchase, or both — whichever fits how you work.
Subscription plans
Subscription plans refresh your credit balance each month. You can subscribe at onyxiq.in/credits.

The Builder plan is the most popular choice for teams that use OnyxIQ regularly. It offers the best balance of credits per dollar.
One-time credit top-ups
If you need extra credits without changing your plan, you can purchase a one-time top-up. Top-up credits never expire and stack on top of your existing balance.

How to purchase or upgrade a plan
- Go to onyxiq.in/credits.
- Select the plan or top-up you want.
- Complete checkout through Lemon Squeezy — OnyxIQ’s payment processor. You can use a credit or debit card; Indian users may see additional local payment options.
You are redirected back to OnyxIQ once payment is confirmed and your balance is updated immediately.

When credits run out
If your credit balance reaches zero, actions pause gracefully. No work is lost, and you will never be charged beyond what you have already paid. Simply top up your balance or upgrade your plan and your actions resume.
Upgrading or downgrading your plan
You can change your subscription plan at any time from onyxiq.in/credits. Any unused credits from your current plan roll over when you switch — you never lose credits you have already paid for.
Refunds
Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. If you need a refund, contact atul@onyxiq.in with your order details.
For billing disputes, incorrect charges, or payment issues, email atul@onyxiq.in directly. Include your account email and order reference so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
