Every action you trigger across OnyxIQ products deducts a fixed number of credits from your unified balance. Credits are only deducted when an action completes successfully. If an action fails — such as a failed fetch in OpenClaw — the credits are refunded to your balance automatically.Documentation Index

How credits are deducted
- Success only — credits are deducted only after an action completes successfully.
- Automatic refunds — OpenClaw scrapes that fail (e.g., the target URL is unreachable) are fully refunded. You are never charged for a fetch that returns no data.
- Graceful pausing — if your balance reaches zero, pending actions pause cleanly rather than failing with an error. Top up your balance to resume.
